My name is Tyr. My therapy sessions are blending
science and art across existential psychology, neuroscience, non-violent
communication and psycho-somatic bodywork, with ancient spiritual teachings
of Classic and Neo Tantra, Taoism, Buddhism and Shamanism. I have been studying
these fields and practising in various forms for over a decade with renowned teachers
and institutions including Tantrika Institute, Alef Trust, Mindsight Institute, the
Viennese School of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy, the AIR School of
Breathwork, MAPS, and the National Institute for the Clinical
Application of Behavioural Medicine (NICABM).
